Watpac Constructions awarded Alltype Welding the Structural Steel Package too one of its newest projects the Translational Research Institute in Early November 2010. Alltype Welding got Structural Steel Detailers started on the shop drawings late November. Watpac hopes to complete this project in Early 2012

Being a Federal project, Alltype Welding is required to abide by the National Code for the Construction Sector. Strict Health and Safety procedures are required on this large scale project, Alltype Weldings onsite Health and Safety Officer has started to get approval on all Safe Work Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Watpac Constructions will have two tower cranes available for contractors on this project hoping to speed up works. Alltype Welding looks forward to completing this project on-time and on budget and building a long lasting strong relationship with Watpac Constructions.

The Translational Research Institute will be the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere that is not for the benefit of a single commercial entity. It will be a 'one stop shop' for the discovery, production, clinical testing and manufacturing of new biopharmaceuticals.
